Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we aim to ship your order within 24 hours. However, the normal delivery time is 2-3 business days, depending on fabric availability and other conditions.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on product availability and the shipping options selected. You have different shipping options available at checkout. 

Free shipping

Free shipping on orders over $150 within Canada and the United States (after discount and before taxes.), shipped via Canada Post. All orders that are eligible for free shipping will be shipped via Expedited Parcel with an automatic $100 coverage.

Registered Mail™ is a service that Canada Post offers to those who need proof of mailing and/or proof of delivery. The service secures the signature of the addressee or the addressee’s representative and provides the sender with:

  • A mailing receipt with the date of purchase
  • A copy of the signature of the person who accepted the delivery
  • Tracking and the date when we deliver the item

Expedited Parcel™ is fast, cost-effective ground shipping within Canada. All items can be tracked and have on-time guarantees. You can track parcels using the unique tracking number which you will receive by email once the order is completed and shipped. Every package has an automatic $100 coverage. Purchase additional liability for valuable parcels. If no one is home to receive the parcel and a safe location is not possible, Canada Post will leave you a delivery notice card telling you where to pickup the item at a designated post office.

International Shipping (outside of Canada)

  • We currently ship to both Canada and the United States
  • At checkout, select your country from the drop-down menu for specific prices. Please note that we cannot ship to international post office boxes.
  • Shipping costs are determined by package weight, shipping address, and shipping method.
  • The projected arrival date may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Orders shipped outside of Canada may take an additional 3-9 business days for processing.
  • Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and may be charged by the country of entry. The recipient is responsible for all taxes and duties outside of Canada.

  Return Policy

  • All sales for anything cut to size (fabrics, trims, special orders, custom-made orders) are final.
  • We do not accept returns on clearance sale items.
  • We only accept returns on incorrect orders due to our mistake.

Please review your order upon receipt and if the item is defective or damaged or you have received the wrong item (for example, a different design), please contact us immediately at sales@topfabrics4u.com  with photographic proof of the damage or any other issue. We will investigate and resolve the problem. All claims for damages must be made within 7 days of delivery and shipped back within the further 7 days. After 7 days, all claims for damages will be considered void. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, unwashed, uncut, or undyed, and in its original packaging. For example, if the returned item was sent on a roll/bolt, the item must also be returned on a roll/bolt. Refunds will not be processed for merchandise returned in a damaged and unsellable condition. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact  sales@topfabrics4u.com to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Merchandise returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returned orders due to a wrong address entered:

If an order is returned to us because of a wrong address being entered by the customer on the original order at the checkout, we may resend the order. The new shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to our mistake, we will pay a new shipping fee.

Lost or damaged parcels

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. However, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as best as we can.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will submit a claim with Canada Post in a timely manner. After investigating, if Canada Post determines the package is found to be missing or damaged, we might be eligible to receive compensation for the insured value of the package and its postage value (after investigation and compliance with Canada Post policies). Compensation for a package’s insured value will only be made if the item has insurance coverage. Many of Canada Post services include base insurance coverage of CAN$100. Once the claim is addressed and compensated, we will send you a refund/credit note. We cannot return packages without taking appropriate steps to determine what happened to the package.

Canceled orders

Please note, we are not able to cancel an order once it was completed and shipped. If you decide to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds
 After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved returns will be automatically issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for a refund to be processed, typically within 1-3 weeks after the return is received.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the defective product for the same or a different item, it can be processed as a return using the above-stated policies.

Color accuracy

We try our best to accurately display the correct fabric’s color, however, it may have slight differences due to lighting, and display settings. 5% color irregularity on all items is acceptable. Therefore, we will not accept any cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to the nature of the fabric color difference. It is the customer’s choice to order the fabric and we are not responsible if the shade is different than expected Please make your product and color selections carefully as we will not be able to return or exchange products for such reasons. We highly suggest purchasing fabric swatches prior to the final purchase if slight color discrepancies are not acceptable for your application of the material.

Fabric swatches can be bought online through a checkout page. Each swatch is a 10*10cm fabric sample. Please note, when ordering a swatch only, you will still be responsible for paying the shipping costs.
