Why buy fabric in advance?

We frequently get different types of fabric and different designs directly from the manufacturer. Most of them are not reorderable and are in limited quantities. If you like the fabric we advertise in advance before we get it in stock, you have an opportunity to pre-order to ensure you will buy it before it gets sold out.

Where do I find the ETA (estimated time of arrival) for the fabric?

You can find ETA for the Pre-Order fabric in the product name or in the description under the ETA section.

Do I have to pay for my pre-order?

You can find ETA for any Pre-Order product

Yes, you have to place an order and make a payment in order to guarantee that your pre-purchase is reserved.

When will my pre-order be shipped?

Your pre-order will be shipped as soon as it arrives! If you placed an order with both In-Stock fabrics and Pre-Order fabrics, please be aware that your entire purchase will be shipped when your pre-order items become available. If you would like your In-Stock items shipped immediately, we encourage placing separate orders for In-Stock and Pre-Order fabrics. Also if you have several Pre-Order items with different arrival times in your purchase, your order will be shipped when your latest pre-order items become available. If you wish to receive some of your Pre-Order items faster than others, additional shipping charges will apply.

Why there is a delay in delivery?

We have an ETA (estimated time of arrival) based on the information provided by the shipping company. There may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control such as changes in arrival time and/or customs procedures. If any changes occur we will notify you by email with an updated ETA. We always appreciate your patience in this matter.
